In order to send candidate notifications to US phone numbers, you must register your business with the US carriers. This is a two-step process: first, you submit information about your business, and second, you create your SMS campaign.Where to find this section

Open your account
Click on your account name.

Find the A2P SMS Registration section
Look for the A2P SMS Registration section in the menu.
Step 1: Submit your business information
First, you need to submit information about your business to the US carriers so that they can verify your account. We’ve prepared a form to help you with this by clicking the “Submit your business information” button. Once you submit your information, it usually takes 1-2 weeks to be verified, after which you can complete Step 2.Replace the placeholder link above with the actual business information form URL before publishing.
Step 2: Submit SMS content for approval
Once Step 1 has been completed and your business is verified, you’ll be able to come back to this same A2P SMS Registration section to submit your SMS content for approval.Learn next?
