How-to: Sharing an Interview

Overview

Sharing an interview lets you get someone else’s opinion on a candidate without inviting them to join your workspace. For example, if a job position needs a very specific set of skills, you can send the interview straight to the person best placed to evaluate that expertise — no more panel interviews or endless multi-stage processes.

Steps

1. Open the position

   Go to Positions and click the position in question.

2. Open the interview

   Open the interview you want to share.

3. Share the interview

   From this page, click Share Interview.

   
4. Copy the link

   Copy the generated URL.

   

   By default, this URL expires in 2 months. Anyone with the URL can access the interview, so be careful when sharing it.
