How-to: Canceling Your Subscription

Overview

Only the account owner can cancel a Hireflix subscription. You can do this anytime from the Plan and Usage section.

What happens after you cancel

• You keep full access to your account until the end of your current license period.
• Your subscription won’t renew automatically after that date.

Cancellation is simple and transparent — no hidden steps or extra charges.

Your data after cancellation

We keep your data for up to one year after cancellation, in case you decide to come back. If you’d rather we delete it immediately, just let us know. After one year of inactivity, we reserve the right to permanently delete your data.
