For example, if a job position needs a very specific set of skills, you can send the interview straight to the person best placed to evaluate that expertise — no more panel interviews or endless multi-stage processes. ## Steps Go to **Positions** and click the position in question. Open the interview you want to share. From this page, click **Share Interview**. Sharing a completed interview Copy the generated URL. Copying the unique share link By default, this URL expires in 2 months. Anyone with the URL can access the interview, so be careful when sharing it.
