# How-to: Bulk Sharing Multiple Interviews
## Overview
Sometimes you want to hand-pick a specific set of candidates and send them all to a hiring manager or reviewer in one link, instead of sharing an entire stage. Bulk sharing lets you select multiple interviews (even across different stages) and generate a single shareable link that includes all of them.
This is a safe way to request an evaluation from someone outside your team:
* Reviewers open the link without logging in or creating an account.
* They only see the candidates you selected.
* They can't see the ratings or comments left by other reviewers.
* You control how long the link stays active and whether reviewers can rate candidates.
You can select candidates from any stage **except Invited**, because those candidates haven't completed their interview yet.
## Steps
Go to **Positions** and open the position that contains the candidates you want to share.
Tick the checkbox next to each interview you want to include. You can select candidates across different stages in the same position.
Once you've selected two or more interviews, a popup action bar appears at the bottom of your screen.
In the bottom action bar, choose the option to bulk share the selected interviews.
A popup opens where you can configure the link:
* **Name**: give the link a clear name so you can easily identify it later when you want to update or delete it. You can click on the text label next to the pencil icon to modify it.
* **Link expiration**: set how many days the link should stay active. After that, the link stops working, so you're not giving unlimited access to sensitive interviews.
* **Allow evaluation**: choose whether the reviewer can rate the candidates, or whether the link is view-only.
Don't forget to save your changes!
Copy the generated URL starting with `shared.hireflix.com/...` and share it with the hiring manager or anyone else who should review these candidates. They can review every candidate in the link from a single page.
## Managing shareable links
All shareable links you've created can be updated or deleted at any time. In the top right of the position, above the list of interviews, click the arrow button labeled **Manage shareable links**. From there you can rename a link, change its expiration, toggle evaluation, or revoke it entirely.
Want new candidates to be added to the link automatically as they complete their interview? Share an entire stage instead.
