> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://hireflixsl.mintlify.site/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # How-to: Bulk Exporting Candidates to CSV ## Overview You can export the data of multiple candidates in a position to a CSV file, which opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. Use it to report on your hiring funnel, share scores with someone who doesn't use Hireflix, archive interview transcripts, or bring results into your own system. You choose exactly which candidates to include, even across different stages, and which extra data to add to the file. ## Steps **1. Open the position** Go to **Positions** and open the position that contains the candidates you want to export. **2. Select candidates and click the CSV icon** **(1)** Hover over a candidate and tick the checkbox in the top-left corner of their profile picture. You can select candidates across different stages in the same position. To select **all candidates in a stage** at once, click that stage's tab (for example **Shortlisted**), then tick the empty checkbox next to the stage name. Want several stages in your export? Repeat this for each stage you want to include. **(2)** The bar at the bottom of your screen shows how many candidates you've selected. Choose extra data (optional)** Turn on any extra data you want to include. All options are optional. Export** Click **Export**. Hireflix generates the CSV file and your browser downloads it. ## What's in the CSV ### Standard columns Every export includes these columns, whatever options you choose: | Column | Description | | - | - | | **Interview ID** | The unique ID of the candidate's interview in Hireflix. | | **First Name** / **Last Name** | The candidate's name. | | **Email** | The candidate's email address. | | **Position Name** | The name of the position. | | **Stage** | The stage the candidate is in, such as *To evaluate* or *Shortlisted*. | | **Invitation Source** | How the candidate was invited, for example *Admin* when a team member invited them from the dashboard. | | **Invitation Date Time** | When the candidate was invited. | | **Completion Date Time** | When the candidate completed the interview. | | **External ID** | The ID from your own system, if one was passed when the candidate was invited (for example through an [ATS integration](/user/integrations/overview) or the [API](/tech/features/interviews/inviting-candidate)). | | **Team Score** | The candidate's overall score from your team's reviews. | ### Optional columns Each toggle in the export popup adds one or more columns: | Option | Adds | Description | | - | - | - | | **Position ID** | `Position ID` | The unique ID of the position. Useful when you combine exports from several positions, or match data with the [API](/tech/features/positions/fetching-positions). | | **Invite link** | `Invite Link` | The candidate's personal interview link (`app.hireflix.com/...`). Handy if you want to resend it yourself. | | **Admin link** | `Admin Link` | A direct link to the candidate's interview in the Hireflix dashboard (`admin.hireflix.com/...`). Team members can click it to jump straight to the candidate's videos. They need to be logged in to view it. | | **Candidate phone number** | `Telephone` | The candidate's phone number. This is empty if no phone number was provided. | | **Time to complete the interview (hrs)** | `Time to Complete (hrs)` | The time between the invitation and the completion of the interview, in hours. This measures how long the candidate took to respond, not how long they spent recording. | | **Number of interview questions** | `Number of Questions` | How many questions the interview has. | | **Team reviews (scores and comments)** | `Score by ()` and `Comment by ()` | One score column and one comment column for each team member who reviewed the candidate, so you can see each person's rating next to the overall **Team Score**. | | **Scores per question** | `[Question 1] Title: ...`, `[Question 2] Title: ...`, ... | The score your team gave the candidate on each question, one column per question. Only available when **Allow rating per question** is enabled under [**My Account > Ratings**](https://admin.hireflix.com/en/my-account/ratings) (see [Rating Settings](/user/account-team/account-preferences/rating-settings)). | | **Transcripts per question** | `[Question 1] Answer Transcript`, `[Question 2] Answer Transcript`, ... | The [transcript](/user/building-the-interview/transcriptions) of the candidate's answer to each question, one column per question. | | **All transcripts in one cell** | `All Transcripts` | Every question and answer combined in a single cell. This is easier to read, or to paste into another tool, than separate columns. | The **All Transcripts** cell lists each question followed by the candidate's answer: ```text theme={null} [Question 1 - Experience CX?] [Answer 1 - Yes. Import it instead via **Data → From Text/CSV** and choose **UTF-8** and **comma** as the delimiter.
