# Roles & Permissions

## Overview

The Hireflix **Administrator** is the person who created the Hireflix workspace for the company. The admin can invite other people to join the team — everyone else invited becomes a **Team Member**.

## What Team Members can do

* Manage all the interviews they have access to
* Access candidates' responses
* Create new job positions

## What Team Members can't do

* Manage integrations
* Manage apps
* Invite other team members
* Manage plans and upgrades
* Access usage and billing information

Administrators can manage all of these.
